1

YOUR LIFE RIGHT NOW

Tell me a little about yourself — what does your day-to-day life look like right now?

You might be working full time, part time, staying home with kids, caregiving for a family member, in between jobs, or figuring out your next chapter. Whatever it is, just tell me where you are right now — there's no wrong answer here.

2

YOUR TIME & EXPERIENCE

What have you spent most of your time doing over the last few years?

This can be anything — a job you've had, raising kids, running a household, volunteering, supporting a spouse or partner's business, going back to school, or something else entirely. If you've been doing more than one thing, tell me all of it. It all counts.

3

YOUR NATURAL STRENGTHS

What's something you do really well that people around you notice?

Maybe you're the one who always remembers the details. Maybe you're great at keeping people calm under pressure. Maybe you can walk into a chaotic situation and immediately see how to fix it. Maybe you're just really good at getting things done. Whatever comes to mind — even if it feels obvious or small — write it down.

4

HOW YOU OPERATE

Are you someone who likes things organized and in order, or do you thrive in a little chaos?

Are you the person with the color-coded calendar, or the one who somehow pulls it all together at the last minute? Do you like having a clear process to follow, or do you prefer to figure things out as you go? Just describe how you naturally operate — there's no right or wrong here.

5

YOUR BEHIND THE SCENES ROLE

Have you ever been the person who kept things from falling apart — even quietly, behind the scenes?

Maybe you were the one who remembered the details everyone else forgot. Maybe you made sure the right people had what they needed before they even asked. Maybe you coordinated a move, planned a family event, managed a schedule, handled a complicated situation at work, or just kept your household running like clockwork. It doesn't have to sound impressive — just tell me about a time you were that person.

6

HOW OTHERS SEE YOU

If your best friend was recommending you for a job, what would she say you're known for? Think dependable, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, great communicator, what's your version?

Think about what your best friend, your spouse, your coworkers, or your family would say if someone asked them what you're really good at. You can even think about compliments you get so often they've started to feel ordinary — those are usually the most important ones.

7

WHAT YOU DON'T GET CREDIT FOR

Is there anything you've learned — from life, work, or just living — that you think most people don't give you credit for?

Maybe you've navigated something hard and came out knowing how to handle pressure. Maybe you've managed money, people, or complicated situations in ways that took real skill. Maybe you've spent years doing something that doesn't come with a fancy title but required a lot of patience, organization, and problem solving. This is the place to say it — because it matters more than you think.

Answer all seven questions to continue.

How Fast Can You Get There?

MONTHS 1–2

MONTHS 3–4

Building Momentum

You're gaining confidence, refining your systems, and building momentum. Many Transaction Coordinators are managing 5–12 files per month at this stage, with satisfied agents beginning to refer them to other agents. Income often ranges from $2,000 to $4,800+ per month as your business continues to grow.

MONTH 5–6+

Consistent Income

By this stage, many Transaction Coordinators are managing 10–15 files per month, with agents beginning to refer business and come to them directly. Income becomes more predictable and consistent, with many earning between $4,000 and $7,500 per month.

YEAR 1–2 & BEYOND

Six Figures & More

Experienced Transaction Coordinators managing 20+ files per month can earn six figures annually. Some specialize in luxury markets and charge $600–$800 or more per file.
